    Heritage, Tea Hills and Coastal Escape

    A classic Sri Lanka holiday combining city culture in Colombo, UNESCO heritage in the Cultural Triangle, the sacred city of Kandy, cool tea-country scenery in Nuwara Eliya, a scenic train ride to Ella, a safari in Yala, and relaxing beach time along the southern coast.

    Airport → Colombo → Dambulla / Sigiriya → Kandy → Nuwara Eliya → Ella → Yala → Beruwala → Departure

    Day 1 – Colombo City Tour and Galle Face Green

    Arrive in Sri Lanka and enjoy a guided introduction to Colombo’s most famous landmarks, culture and city atmosphere.

    Day 2 and Day 3 – Dambulla Cave Temple (UNESCO), Sigiriya Rock (UNESCO) and Polonnaruwa (UNESCO)

    Two days in the Cultural Triangle featuring Sri Lanka’s most iconic UNESCO sites and authentic village experiences.

    Day 4 – Spice Garden, Temple of the Tooth (UNESCO) and Kandy Cultural Show

    A culture-filled day in Kandy with sacred heritage, city charm and a lively traditional performance.

    Day 5 – Peradeniya Gardens, Tea Tour and Nuwara Eliya

    Day 6 – Scenic Train Ride to Ella and Ella Exploration

    • Ella town exploration and relaxed hill-country atmosphere

    Day 7 – Ravana Falls and Yala National Park Safari

    A nature and wildlife day ending with an exciting safari experience in Yala.

    • Wildlife sightings may include elephants, crocodiles, deer and, with luck, leopards

    Day 8, Day 9 and Day 10 – Stilt Fishermen, Galle Fort (UNESCO) and Beach Time

    Three relaxing days on the southern coast combining heritage, coastal culture, river scenery and beach leisure.

    • Stilt fishermen experience in Koggala
    • Visit to Galle Fort (UNESCO) and heritage walk
    • Beach leisure time and coastal relaxation
    • Whale watching in Mirissa (available on request, seasonal)

    • Sea turtle conservation visit in Kosgoda

    Day 11 – Departure

    Depending on your flight time, enjoy a relaxed morning and transfer to the airport for your departure flight.
